Mochi Love is a playful snack brand bringing a modern spin to traditional mochi. As an ongoing creative partner, I develop concepts and create photography-led social content that builds the brand's colorful, slightly unexpected personality through photography and video.

Wells Fargo wanted to make more of its Hudson Yards sponsorship by building awareness of exclusive customer perks. The “Miles of Smiles” concept borrowed from the language of social sharing, capturing people enjoying Hudson Yards and its perks. I developed the visual concept and art direction, designed the campaign, and directed the on-location photography and video.

At Charlotte Russe, I helped define the brand's visual world through photography. From concept development and casting to locations, sets, styling and on-set direction, I led shoots that brought the brand's personality to life. The resulting imagery lived across the entire customer experience, from digital and advertising to stores and window displays.

Across Charlotte Russe, Peek Kids and thredUP, I helped shape social channels into cohesive extensions of each brand. From helping launch Charlotte Russe's early social presence to refreshing Peek Kids' channels, I developed and directed content that connected campaigns, seasonal stories and cultural trends with the everyday social experience. My role spanned content strategy and planning, art direction, photography, design and hands-on content creation.

Before influencer marketing became a standard part of social, Charlotte Russe set out to find 50 real customers to become brand ambassadors and create content for our social channels. I helped bring the CR It Girl campaign to life across video, digital and in-store, art directing the photography, sourcing and shooting footage, and shaping the video through selects, pacing and music in partnership with our video team. The campaign extended across email and store signage and ultimately introduced a new group of customer voices into the brand's social presence.

I joined Wells Fargo as its first dedicated social art director, tasked with reimagining how the brand showed up across owned social. Working closely with social strategy, I helped build a more cohesive, customer-centered approach that connected social to the larger brand experience. We developed and presented a new creative vision across the organization, gaining leadership support and transforming social from an afterthought into a more intentional expression of the brand.
With lean production resources, I also got hands-on, concepting and creating original photography, video and GIFs, sourcing UGC and building a network of content contributors to bring the new approach to life.

For five years, I was one of two art directors designing SLAP, a skateboarding magazine built with the same raw, DIY energy as the culture it covered. We made the magazine by hand as much as we did on screen, cutting up type, scanning, photocopying, taping and experimenting to create layouts that felt imperfect, spontaneous and alive. I created headlines by hand and designed everything from covers and features to interviews and photo stories.
I also redesigned SLAP's masthead, building the lettering from rub-off type and then deconstructing it by hand to create the identity seen across the magazine. Beyond design, I photographed and interviewed bands and helped turn the music, skate culture and people around us into editorial stories.

To build awareness of Wells Fargo's Your Home Matters content, I led the creative development of an owned social campaign designed to make homeownership advice feel useful, approachable and engaging. Partnering closely with social strategy, I developed the visual direction and content concepts, translating topics from the site into colorful, social-first stories built around real-life moments at home.
Created during the pandemic with limited production resources, the campaign was also highly hands-on. I styled and photographed much of the original content myself, developing a flexible library of imagery that could bring everything from seasonal ideas to home tips to life across social.

When Pride celebrations moved online during the pandemic, I helped reimagine how Wells Fargo could continue showing up across owned social without the events and live content we typically relied on. I developed a colorful, social-first visual approach that combined existing brand and archival imagery with original content I styled and photographed from home. The result kept the brand's Pride story active, celebratory and connected across social despite the limitations of the moment.

I led photography for Peek Kids, developing seasonal concepts and translating each collection into a playful visual world across brand, digital and email. From casting and locations to sets, styling, hair and makeup, I shaped the shoots from concept through execution and directed the creative on set.
Our shoot days were ambitious, often capturing dozens of finished images across on-figure, lifestyle and product photography. I worked closely with photographers, designers and stylists to plan every shot while leaving room to create in the moment, from unexpected setups to animated GIFs. The resulting imagery became the foundation for Peek's seasonal campaigns and digital experience.

After Peek Kids joined Charlotte Russe, I helped refresh the brand's digital creative, bringing a more modern, playful and elevated point of view to its email program. Working with the design team, I developed seasonal concepts and campaigns, sketching the emails in advance and then bringing those ideas to life through photography. I art directed shoots spanning kids, lifestyle and product, creating a library of imagery that made each email feel like its own little story while building a more cohesive brand experience.

A collection of still-life and product imagery I concepted and art directed for Charlotte Russe, Peek Kids, Old Navy, Walmart and thredUP. From styled tabletop compositions to location-based concepts, the imagery was created for campaigns across retail, digital and print.

I spent several years at Old Navy, beginning on the circular team, where my background in editorial design and skate, music and youth culture brought a different point of view to the brand. I developed weekly circulars from concept through production, art directing photography, casting models and collaborating with stylists, hair and makeup, and production teams to bring each story to life.
I later moved into the in-store brand team, expanding that experience into large-scale, integrated campaigns that transformed the retail environment. My work spanned windows, environmental graphics, campaign identities, signage, print, product photography and dimensional experiences, from massive window imagery and floor graphics to hangtags and even a branded vending machine. It was a role that let me move fluidly between concept, photography and design at every scale.

Charlotte Russe brought Refuge Denim back by popular demand, creating an opportunity to reintroduce the line with a fresh identity and attitude. I led the art direction for the relaunch, developing the visual approach across campaign creative, social, packaging, fit systems, in-store marketing and window displays.
Role: Art Direction • Campaign Development • Design
After helping shape the in-store brand experience at Charlotte Russe, I was asked by the CMO to bring that same energy and personality to the growing digital business. The stores were designed to feel like a party, from attention-grabbing windows to the visual experience throughout the space. My challenge was translating that feeling to a screen and creating a digital experience that felt just as distinctly Charlotte Russe.
I led the creative across email and digital marketing, eventually managing a team of designers, retouchers and production artists. Photography was central to the work, and I directed frequent shoots from concept and casting through location scouting, styling and on-set art direction. We shot throughout San Francisco and in studio, creating a constant stream of fashion imagery that connected campaigns, product and seasonal stories across the digital customer experience.

At thredUP, I developed and art directed brand photography designed to bring the personality of the brand to life across every customer touchpoint. I concepted shoots, selected photographers and models, collaborated with prop stylists to develop sets and backgrounds, hired hair and makeup teams, and directed the creative on set.
The resulting photography became a flexible visual library used across the website, email, social, digital advertising, direct mail and print, with concepts extending into motion and animated GIFs.

Live music has always been a huge part of my life, and I've been lucky enough to bring that love into my work. I've designed concert posters for Bill Graham Presents, Another Planet Entertainment, The Independent and The Grand in San Francisco. My poster for The Streets still hangs on the walls of The Fillmore today.

I designed the graphics for the original Boosted Board, working directly with the founder of Infinite Collective to develop the visual direction for the new electric skateboard. I explored a range of concepts designed to complement the board's bamboo construction and bold orange wheels, ultimately helping define the look of Boosted's first product.

As part of a major relaunch of Walmart.com, I was brought in as a freelance Photo Art Director to develop concepts and direct styled product photography across fashion, accessories, beauty and home. Working with photographers and stylists on set, I created seasonal hero imagery that brought a more editorial, inspiring point of view to the online shopping experience while keeping the product at the center of the story.

For this freelance project, I developed a series of T-shirt concepts inspired by the heritage and original spirit of Converse Chuck Taylors. I borrowed a friend’s vintage Polaroid camera to shoot the shoes, then used the negatives and imperfect analog textures to create graphics that felt worn-in, nostalgic and true to the brand's roots.

Examples of sale campaign assets created for site, email, and social while I was the Art Director at thredUP
The styleUP campaign was an on-going thredUP series that partnered directly with social media influencers. I developed logos and color palettes as well as directed the creative team to create a cohesive system of creative assets for each season including: emails, site updates, social posts and advertisements, and blog posts.
